Brake Testing
We know manufacturers take safety very seriously when developing their vehicles, particularly during the research and development phase' we are able to undertake various projects to support our customers in the rigorous testing that is required of braking systems (and other safety features).
Proving Ground
We have a number of experienced test drivers able to undertake a range of specific track based projects; contact us to discuss your vehicle development aims and requirements and we can ensure you are offered a test driver with the right level of skill, knowledge and experience.
We can complete customer specific test procedures and are also able to work alongside your team to refine your automotive test, offering our knowledge and experience to ensure you get the best out of your over project. PDA LTD test drivers who complete track testing, including high speed and durability testing are experience drivers who have completed training via PDA LTD and also within the proving ground facility in which they are undertaking the customer project.
Motorcycle
PDA LTD are currently working with four of the leading motorcycle manufacturers, offering a range of different tests to support our customers in developing their product to ensure safety, performance and customer satisfaction. Tests include 'running in' on road surfaces, pave surface testing, emissions evaluation and high speed testing. We also complete testing with pillion passengers.
HGV, Specialist Testing and Development
PDA LTD have a number of HGV trained test drivers available to meet the needs of its customer base. We have also undertaken 'specialist' projects, working with 'unique' vehicles over the years.
We have worked alongside one of the leading gaming manufacturers in developing a racing game, prior to release; involving performance specific manoeuvres to create realistic 'high-end' automatic sounds for import into the game.

Driver Comfort and Road Handling
We have worked with a range of leading automotive manufacturers , undertaking extensive road testing of new and prototype vehicles to evaluate and assess road handling, overall performance, safety and driver comfort. Not only can we offer a detailed test assessment, we can highlight potential vehicle 'faults' and comment on driver comfort offered during testing. These projects are valuable in maintaining manufacturer reputation and provide and opportunity to ensure reduced vehicle recall.
